The twentieth (20) Nobin Udyokta Screening Exercise of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) was held with One Hundred and Forty-Two (142) participants; Four (4) of them were female. The day long screening exercise took place on Monday, 14 November, 2016 at Shilpakala Academy, Narail. The exercise included briefing, discussion and break away sessions conducted by the team of social business of GTT and lead by Jayanta Kumer Bosu (Team Leader, Social Business, Grameen Telecom Trust).
Screening Exercise is the first stage of Nobin Udyokta-NU (New Entrepreneur) Program of GTT that scouts young and aspiring entrepreneurs who are children of Grameen Bank borrowers. GTT not only provides investment but also supports the NUs with financial literacy. The aim is to turn youth unemployment from job seekers to job givers.
